We ship express to all European Union countries via selected couriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, and Poste Italiane.

REST OF THE WORLD
We ship internationally to major non-EU countries via DHL and FedEx.
Fixed cost: €50.00

DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed on business days are processed and handed over to the courier by the next business day following payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed starting from the first available business day. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery.
RETURN
We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe specified by your banking institution.
